What area of Missouri do you practice in?
The office is located in southeast Missouri in Pemiscot County. In general, we practice in the southeast counties of Missouri. If you have any specific questions regarding whether we practice in a particular area, please contact us.
What counties do you practice in?
The counties we regularly appear in include: Pemiscot, Dunklin, New Madrid, Butler, Stoddard, Mississippi, Cape Girardeau, and Scott. However, we will appear in and practice in many other counties in Missouri. If you have questions as to whether we can assist you, please contact us.
How are you paid?
In general, attorneys are either paid on a contingency fee or by retainer with hourly billing. On some cases, we simply charge a flat fee. For specific fee information please contact us. We do offer a FREE initial consulation.
How do I find your office?
From Caruthersville, we are on the corner of Ward and 4th across the street from FOCUS Bank (formerly First Security Bank).
From all other areas, take Interstate 55 to Exit 19, proceed EAST down Highway 84, turn right at the second stop sign, we are on the right on the corner one block down.
